What to Check Before Buying a Used Car

Before you buy a used car, take a few minutes to check the basics. Look for any visible damage, uneven tire wear, and signs of fluid leaks. Pop the hood and check the oil and fluid levels. Don’t forget to test the lights, air conditioner, and electronics. Take the vehicle for a test drive and pay close attention to if the vehicle accelerates, brakes, and steers smoothly.
